This training session will guide you through the steps involved in adding a new child support case, scheduling a hearing, scanning the petition, entering the IV-D reimbursement amount, indicating whether service has been returned as served or unserved, and any other necessary steps leading up to the first hearing.
There won’t be any Lunch & Learn sessions this week, as we’ll be on-site supporting a new county’s Quest implementation. We’ll begin the Dependency & Neglect section next week.
This session will guide you through the steps involved in adding the IV-D Reimbursement assessments, creating the DHS Invoice, and receipting the DHS reimbursement check. We will also look at the DHS IV-D Magistrate Docket Report.
In this session, we will explore how to process voids, make adjustments, waive fees, issue refunds, and manage journal entries. Link to Meeting
